Yesterday, the Institute of Public Administration received participants in the Professional Certificate Program in Human Resources Foundations from all career levels, representing various ministries and government agencies. This program comes in cooperation with the Australian Institute of Human Resources, which works to guide and nurture the growth of the human resources profession by setting standards and building capabilities for this profession through its international partnerships and close association with academic bodies and competent authorities to ensure that the proper framework is created for the professional recognition of its members. During the past two years, the institute has graduated more than 133 government employees from this professional program, and is now receiving the eighth batch of 20 trainees whose training period extends to three months on a regular basis. The training process will be supervised by a group of experienced and competent Bahraini trainers, and they will work to introduce the participants in this program to the most important and latest changes in the concepts and skills of people management and human resources concepts.
