The Equal Opportunities Committee of the Institute of Public Administration holds its second periodic meeting for the year 2026
The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Institute of Public Administration held its second periodic meeting for the year 2026, headed by Ms. Iman Haider Ali, Director of the Institute’s Consulting and Research Department, and in the presence of the members of the committee.
During the meeting, Mrs. Iman Haider Ali stressed the Institute’s keenness to continue promoting the principles of equal opportunities and gender balance, through initiatives and policies that support women’s participation and empowerment in the work environment, in line with national trends and sustainable development goals.
The committee discussed developments in the implementation of its operational plan for the current year, and also reviewed a number of initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing the institutional work environment that supports gender balance, in addition to examining ways to develop practices that contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional performance and enhancing participation in training and development programs.
