Her Excellency Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Issa bin Daij Al Khalifa received the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Hamid Muhammad Ali Al Madfai, who presented Her Excellency with a copy of his administrative book entitled (The Impact of Administrative Beneficence on Developing the Quality of Institutional Performance to Achieve a Competitive Advantage). Her Excellency Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa praised the administrative publication of Dr. Hamid Mohammed Al Madfai as it employs modern theories to develop the individual performance of institutional cadres, in a way that raises the quality of services provided and achieves the desired strategic goals. This reflects the governmental directions and national aspirations of the Kingdom of Bahrain aimed at employing modern science, knowledge and methodologies in the process of developing national cadres to reach the desired goals and achieve comprehensive development in all fields.
