Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, affirmed that the Institute is committed to fostering a supportive work environment for Bahraini women across various fields, recognizing their role as active partners in driving sustainable development. She also highlighted the important role played by the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society in supporting women’s advancement, strengthening their institutional and professional presence, and enhancing their effective contribution to building the national economy. This came during her participation in the panel discussion titled “The Role of the Institute of Public Administration in Leadership Development and Strengthening Partnerships with the Private Sector,” organized by the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society and attended by Dr. Fatima Abduljabbar Al Kooheji, Chairwoman of the Society, along with members of its board, general members, and representatives from various public and private sector institutions. Dr. Shaikha Rana praised the Society’s ongoing efforts and its constructive collaboration with institutions across both sectors through its organization and participation in local, regional, and international events focused on women’s advancement.
