Director General of the Institute of Public Administration: Strengthening the partnership with trainers is essential to achieving the Institute's vision for leadership thinking and administrative development

Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, confirmed that the Institute is working to strengthen the partnership with trainers with the aim of translating its vision as a center for leadership thought and administrative development, which contributes to making the Kingdom of Bahrain an international interface for the development of administrative sciences, noting that achieving this vision is based primarily on investing in human capital and building effective partnerships with certified trainers.   This came during a meeting between the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration and an elite group of the Institute’s certified trainers, where she explained that the Institute views training as a tool for creating leadership thought, stressing that trainers are the true partners in this journey, and the main supporter of the sustainability of the learning and development system that keeps pace with the actual needs of public and private sector employees.   Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Issa bin Daij Al Khalifa explained that consolidating the institute’s position as a center for leadership thought requires continuous keeping up with changes, by employing modern technology and smart solutions in the training process, and relying on precise scientific research to feed the training packages, ensuring highly competitive outcomes that enhance institutional performance.   During the meeting, ways to enhance scientific research were also discussed as a main starting point for designing training packages based on evidence and international best practices, and called for expanding the scope of networking between Trainers to exchange experiences, ensuring the creation of training programs that comply with international standards in the field of training.
