A study to identify training needs for the employees of the Ministry of Finance

The Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) has signed an agreement to provide advisory services to the Ministry of Finance, through carrying out a survey to identify training needs for the employees of the ministry, and then put up a comprehensive training plan that meets the training needs of staff to contribute to raising the efficiency of the human element in the framework of the objectives and key principles of the Economic Vision 2030. The agreement comes within a series of advisory services offered by the Institute following the completion, earlier, of assessing training needs of the National Gas and Oil Authority, which contributed significantly to identify the existing gaps, and addressing them through a special approach followed by the Institute in training and developing employees after appropriate capacity-building within the Authority, to serve the desired objectives. It is worth mentioning that the Institute of Public Administration provides value-added services for the public sector in the framework of class quality assurance through training, research and consultations in order to achieve a set of strategic objectives to create a unique environment for the development of capacities of public sector employees and raise their performance effectively.
